Here is a list of our frequently asked questions, and the answers! Feel free to post more, or email questions to support@shopsaysomething.com and we will answer them as quickly as possible!

1. What size shirt should I get?

Please see the sizing chart for detailed measurement information. Our shirts are more fitted and tailored for a fashionable look. If you like your shirt a bit more roomy, we’d suggest you order up one size. Our shirts are made with separate “cuts” for men and women (see blog for notes as to what fanatics we are about the fit and quality of our saysomething apparel shirts!). In other words, we don’t do unisex anything. Unisex is for the cheap-o apparel companies who don’t want to spend the time making quality products for men and women.


2. Can I order my saysomething shirt in a different font?

Where we love and respect your “awesomeandfabulous.” word that defines you and only you, we spent hours in the lab specially formulating the distinct and cool look of our saysomething apparel font (really, we’re not kidding…we take words and fonts very seriously here). So simply put, you have to trust us – you’ll look sharp with our font.


3. What word should I choose?

That is totally up to you, but please, no copyrighted words…we don’t want to hear from the newyorkyankees attornies. Your word should speak volumes to you and elicit someone to notice it and strike up a conversation about it (why the heck does that person have a shirt that says, “getthepoisonout.”?) If you can’t decide what word you are, ask your friends or send out a Facebook survey asking what saysomething word defines you and only you – I’m sure you’ll get some interesting feedback! If you need some suggestions, please feel free to peruse our website for ideas, strike up a thread on our message board, or join us on our and pages.


4. I can get a t-shirt with a custom word on it anywhere these days... why should I choose saysomething apparel?

We did tons of research for you already. Don’t waste your time with other “custom” t-shirt operations. There are none that offer this level of quality…period. That is not to sound cocky, but we wouldn’t say it if it wasn’t true. If you normally like your shirt to fall apart and fit weirdly or be itchy, heavy, sweaty fabric, then by all means check out the other guys. We’d even be able to provide you some off the record recommendations.

5. I love my saysomething apparel t-shirt... how it looks, fits, and feels! Do you offer any other colors or styles?

Unfortunately….not…..yet! We aren’t kidding when we say we are meticulous about developing and offering the best possible apparel in the world. We wanted to launch our business and give you an opportunity to saysomething via our outstanding t-shirts. Start with the classic heather grey t-shirt…it’s a staple in any wardrobe and it won’t disappoint! as we grow, we plan on offering many more styles for men and women, color options, etc. We would love to hear your feedback on what you’d like to see come next in our apparel line. 6. What fabric is your shirt made of?

After much trial and error, we determined that a 67/33 poly/cotton blended shirt is the softest, most comfortable, best quality combo of materials we could ever manufacture! Simply put, this will be your best “go to” shirt you’ve ever owned. throw it on under a blazer, wear it with a skirt, dress it up, dress it down…you get the idea. You won’t be disappointed. We are currently huddling up on organic and sustainable fabrics to come up with a winning combo there…be on the lookout for future saysomething apparel offerings!

7. What is your Return Policy?

Due to the customized and unique nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges (we wouldn’t be able to resell your special, individualistic, saysomething word that defines you and only you!!). We are confident you’ll love the fabulousness of our shirts. Please be cautious when selecting size. Our shirts are true to size noted below, but are definitely tailored and more fitted by nature for a fashionable look.
